Write a Quarterly Report,Assume the role of VP for new business development in your company. You are to assume that you are in the process of preparing a quarterly report for the CEO. For your report, you have promised to provide the CEO with an update regarding your analysis of the current structures and climates in relationship to innovation and entrepreneurialism. You also promised to articulate some potential challenges and gaps that may need to be addressed as well as a brief summary of some potential solutions. Quarterly report and should include the following components:

Component 1: Culture & Systems: An analysis of the current culture and systems for innovation and entrepreneurialism in the organization.

Component 2: Best Practices: An exploration of best practices in these areas in terms of what ultimately the organization should be striving for.

Component 3: Gap Analysis: A gap analysis between where the company is currently performing in terms of the development of a culture and systems for innovation and entrepreneurialism and actual institutional practice. In articulating this work it would be helpful for you to identify some potential gaps. In other words, don’t make the organization you are working in as a VP seem like nirvana. There should be some problems and/or some things in the culture that do not meet best practice expectation.
