I've always had a negative view of alcohol because I had watched a very bad football game that was interrupted by alcohol. Last summer I watched a football game at the University of Maryland. I personally know little about football. My idea that day was to see what a professional football game looks like. My friend and I arrived early and sat in the second row closer to the venue. But when I see four or five of my peers sitting in front of me with four or five bottles of beer, I feel like something bad is going to happen. They were yelling at the players on the field from the start of the game, they also turned towards the referee and threw the small garbage bag when the referee passed by. Fortunately, the security guards in the audience discovered the situation in time and expelled the drunk young teenagers. Although the game went on normally after half an hour, this incident really affected everyone's mood while watching the game. According to my friend, the sale of alcohol is prohibited at the entrance of the University of Maryland football stadium, and their purpose is to prevent this kind of accident from happening. It was an unforeseen misuse (Carroll, 2013) for the University of Maryland. But it will inevitably have a certain impact on the university, such as the audience will think why there is no strict alcohol check before admission. This will also affect the attendance of the audience in the next game. Negligence is an unintentional tort, it does not intend to cause harm(Carroll,2013). In essence, there are some unpredictable factors involved that may lead to negligence. An intentional tort is when a person or an organization does something or something new, it intentionally anticipates the consequences of an action with a fair degree of certainty that the action will lead to a particular consequenceCarroll,2013). It means after this person or organization knows the seriousness and danger of the matter, they still want this action to happen.

Sports managers or professionals should be honest with consumers about all conceivable reasons for a product to fail. They have the duty to warn their consumers. For example, as a sports manager, when he is going to talk to a player who is about to sign the team, he needs to tell the player that this contract does not guarantee you will play a full career, and the one when the contract expires years will need to rely on your game achievements to win next contract. My dream career is to be an event coordinator, not only in sports but also in stage performances, school field trips, summer camps, etc. I think the product liability issues I've run into maybe after organizing an event where participants question the professionalism of my organization. For example, I held a summer camp to learn Chinese. For students who came to participate, their parents might question the teaching quality of Chinese teachers.
