$-$All American citizens are the stakeholders in this matter. If you did not take your stance and cooperated with the FBI, there is a possibility that all Apple users could have their rights violated in the future even if they done nothing wrong. Misusing this technology could compromise Apple users' privacy and allow law enforcement to force businesses such as Apple to act as government agents $($Moser$,$ Ph$.$D$.$ et al$,$ n$.$d$.).$ However, not allowing the government to tap into the information that the company holds allows potential terrorist threats and other crimes to happen when they can be prevented.

What decision benefits the greatest number of these stakeholders?

$-$Almost all of US citizens have or use cellphones. Not cooperating with the FBI benefits the greatest number of these stakeholders. Doing so would have opened a door for the government to access data from all users at their discretion. Other technology companies would be affected as well. This decision protects everyone$$s right to privacy and free speech.

Do you agree with the decision that utilitarianism leads you to$?$ Why or why not?

$-$Not always. Utilitarianism is when we determine the morality of an action based on the anticipated outcomes $($Gilbert$,2016).$ If a decision does not benefit me but help the majority of others, I may not agree with it even knowing it may have to be done.

In the case of FBI vs Apple, I agree with the decision that was made in that it protects the rights of all citizens.
