Write a supportive response to the following post. My preferred way to develop and create change is the PDSA method to build change processes. Taking the time to study and maybe finding low hanging fruit that can be easy wins when starting a change process, this buys time to be able to see what more in-depth change might be needed. If you remember some of my other posts, I am big on staff input and being prepared. After changes are made, there must be continued evaluation to determine if the change is effective and staff approved. Staff input and involvement will help to keep a positive culture in a department (Payne, 2022). The study phase should include rounding with staff and examining the metric that the change was about to improve. Continued evaluation and adaptations should be made based on continued performance. Developing as a leader has exposed me to multiple leaders that I have stolen from and learned do's and don'ts from. I want to be the leader that staff deserve
