Do i need to use sub heading such as Introduction, organization background, statement of needs, costs and references?The reason there is no e learning in the school district is because there is no provision for i pad or tablet for each student. Do you think it will be a good thing to mention how many students in my high school, the cost of an i pad or tablet? emphasizing the importance especially at this period of corona virus which prevented students from going to school.
