1. Write a two- to three-page paper identifying and addressing an organizational problem based on your personal experience, or from your readings. In your paper, include at least one paragraph for each of the following:
   1. Introduction: Provide an introduction stating the purpose for the paper
   2. History and Background: Identify the organizational problem and describe how it developed.
   3. Recommended Intervention: Drawing from the assigned reading for this workshop, recommend which Techno-structural intervention would best address the problem and why.
   4. Change Management: Describe the process you would use to implement and manage the change.
   5. Evaluation: Discuss what measures should be used to determine success or failure.
   6. Conclusion: Provide a conclusion.
2. Reminder: The written paper should contain at least one paragraph for each lettered item in response to the analysis, and use appropriate matching headings in the paper.
