Write a workplace proposal that identifies, analyses and proposes solutions to address an issue or a problem in one of the following organisations:

The organisation you are currently working in

An organisation you have previously worked in

An organisation you are familiar with.

Use business concepts and/or a business framework taught in this module to analyse the issue. The issue/problem can vary as per your choice. For example, your proposal may contain a request for a more environmentally friendly office environment, a proposal for budget cuts to steady the revenue of the company, a proposal for team development or skill enhancement programs and

workshops etc. You finalize the issue/problem you intend to focus on your proposal based on TGF discussions with peers while working in teams of 2 members.

Your proposal should be addressed to the organisations heads of department on behalf of the Human Resources Department. This proposal is for internal use only.

Your proposal should contain:

a brief descriptive paragraph about the organisation, and your role if you work or worked there (this does not count towards the word limit)

a description of the identified issue and the sources (or evidence) that indicate the issue

an outline of the possible causes of the issue and any sources you consulted to identify causes

an analysis of the problem or issue using a business framework or concepts, and a proposed solution(s)

an outline of the benefits of the solution(s) and a call to action.
