You are the assistant manager for a local restaurant. The manager (your boss) asks you to write a brief report to help the restaurant to decide whether they should hire their own delivery driver or just use third party delivery services (such as Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc.). The manager wants to select the option that allows the restaurant to maximize its profits while also maintaining control over the quality of the delivery (making sure that food is delivered on time, that orders are correct, and that the driver is professional). Use and properly reference at least one external third - party source in this report. Be sure that your report is formatted as a business memo

and that it includes relevant information about these two options, your evaluation of this information, and it concludes with a recommendation to your manager based on your evaluation.
