Use the Align$/$Mustang command to superimpose $19$ of the structures $(4$ieh$\_001.$pdb to $4$ieh$\_019.$pdb$)$ onto the reference structure $(4$ieh$\_000.$pdb$)$

Print the names of the proteins $($column $1)$ and RMSDs $($column $2)$ to a text file that gets saved in your home directory $($the same directory where your $20$ PDN structures are saved$)$

Hint: you can modify the superpose$\_$ligand.mcr file that I uploaded to Module $6.$
