write an email for me asking about ... requesting an enforcement hearing date as no money has been given since May 2, 2025. Mark owes $11017.00 in shortages since last enforcement and 4 GVTC bills he has not paid. The car insurance bill was not paid this month (due 9.4.2025) and will cancel on 9.17.2025 if not paid. There are still repairs needing to be done to the home most of which he broke and then left without repairing. The repairs are estimated to be insert chart. I do not know if he is currently working or was fired .. again. He sent our kids a text the health insurance would be ending the last day of June and should only be temporary. He did not notify me and I did not find out until the first week of August when I tried to schedule a doctors appointment. I am now incurring a $100 a month bill for health insurance for the boys ONLY via the open market. I cannot afford it for myself. I have to call PEC/GVTC/CAR Insurance/Home Warranty monthly to insure payments have been made which I should not have to do. Recently I found out Discover and Dell filed suit against me for non-payment of bills back in 2012-2016 timeframe. He paid his bills but not mine and I did not know as he handled the finances. He is working to bankrupt me and it seems he will succeed as the court order doesn't seem to mean anything. Mark gets to make his own rules and no one is willing to hold him accountable. Is there any justice in then court system? Or will i just be abused a
