Patient was seen last time and he refused all medications. He verbalized he will did not want medications. Mom however verbalized he has been taking Aripiprazole 10mg at bed time and night which was prescribed by previous provider. His mood is so better today. He verbalized dancing today at his dancing at hi dancing class. With Aripiprazole 10mg at HS the patient has been stable, eats better and sleeps better AND OVERALL improved mood. Client verbalized willingness to continue this medication. He however had moments of inappropriate laughter during the session. He came for this assessment with his mom and sister and he verbalized consent for them to stay during the visit. She said she was once prescribed Amitriptyline t help her with her sleep but she does not want to become dependent on it she she stopped taking it about 10months ago
