1. Write an MS Word document that explains the business need and how a process will help the business with higher quality, lower cost, etc. Then describe what is going to happen with the flow.
2. Create a workflow diagram that shows a trigger, which objects/fields are being changed or checked, what decisions are being made and finally what actions are being taken. The diagram can be completed in any form, but it must be pasted into the MS Word document from step 1.
