Create an application that calculates the number of quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies needed to make change for any value between 0 and 99 cents. Add color to the form

When the user types a value in the amount of change textbox, clear out the number of each of the 4 coins and only fill them when the user clicks on Calculate

Prevent the program from crashing, and tell the user if there is a problem. Note it is best to have a label at the bottom to report problems, not to use a textbox. Make sure to clear the label when the user types something in the textbox.
