Create a method that adds a blue border of a specified thickness to the image. The caller of the method can specify the thickness of the border. The thickness is an integer value greater than or equal to 1.

To add a border of thickness t pixels begin by copying the input image (see previous problem). Then replace the top-most and bottom-most t rows of pixels with the colour Color.BLUE. Finally, replace the left-most and right-most t columns of pixels with the colour Color.BLUE.
