Read the following case and answer the questions that follow: In the same month, Mr. Abul Mia turned 45 years old and began the start of his eleventh year with ABCD Service Corporation. ABCD service provided various maintenance, cleaning and repairing services for apartment complexes in the various cities in Bangladesh. Mr. Abul Mia had been hired initially to work in the transportation Department as a driver. About four years ago, he moved to a job in the mail room. Even though mail room job required more lifting and carrying, in Mr. Abul's mind, the salary increase more than justified the added work. It turned out to be a good move for him. The pay increase really helped, and although the pace was hectic, Mr. Abul kept up with the work. His performance was always acceptable; he consistently showed up on time and was always busy. When vacation on the last year 'Eid, Mr. Abul injured him on a nasty accident while going to his home town, Noakhali. He had been taken to hospital immediately, and later on it is found out he broke his leg and ankle. Doctor suggested him not to go to work until bones are fully mended, a five week rest at the minimum. Just before he was scheduled to go to work, he called his boss Mr. Babul, to tell him that since he was in a lot of pain, the doctor wanted to put a brace on his leg and keep him home a little longer. Mr. Abul returned to work three weeks later but things were not the same and later on it did not improve either. He was having problem with the injury again. Then it became obvious that he could not keep up his former pace of lifting and delivering heavy boxes, bags and packages that had to be delivered throughout the company. His boss, Mr. Babul tried to give him as much desk CS CamScanner work possible, but there remained a substantial backlog of items that weren't being delivered on a timely basis. Now, not after the anniversary of Mr. Abul's eleventh in year the company, some new employee long are starting to complain to Mr. Babul about the extra work they have to do.
