Products$/$service: Product$/$ service that the company will design and manufacture bicycles that uses a battery to

automatically change gears on the slope of the road, this feature will help to enhance the riding experience by optimizing

the gear selection for the user. Two buttons will be installed in the bicycle control handles one on the left and one on the

right, to change gears one button on the left will change the middle$/$ forward gears and one button on the right will change

the backward gear this will allow users to manually override the automatic gear$-$ shifting when needed. The company will

also practice recycling program to source the old bicycle frames and steel materials this sustainable approach will help to

reduce costs and environmental impact. The company will use a transactional pricing model, where customers pay for the

bicycle upfront, and additional revenue will be generated through the sale of replacement batteries and maintenance

services. The designed bicycles installation of batteries will help the users to manage their rides more effectively.
