1. Write Procedure that inputs old_Manager_ID and new_manager_id. This store procedure will update all the departments with the old manager ID to the new manager id which is supplied as input parameters.
2. Write statement in the store procedure that will update old_manager_id to new_manager_id for all the departments.
3. Use returning clause to return all the updated rows by the update statement.
4. Show execution of the store procedure.
