Housing Facilities - A minimum of 500 more students must be accommodated in dormitory-style homes as part of the project's expanded on-campus housing choices. 5. Faculty Services - For teachers and staff, the campus expansion should offer enough offices, conference rooms, and work spaces for cooperation. 6. Security - Security measures for students, staff, and visitors are a priority as the campus grows. 7. Parking & Public transit facilities- The campus should have ample parking space and ample transit options. 8. Lab facilities - A minimum of five designated lab spaces should be included in the project's cutting-edge laboratory facilities for programmes in science, engineering, and technology. 9. Recreational Facilities - A gym, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre should be among the new recreational facilities that are included in the extension. 10. Security Services - Upgraded security measures including better lighting, security cameras should be a part of the extension.

Technical Requirements - 1. HVAC System - For optimum indoor air quality and comfort, the expansion must make use of energy-efficient HVAC systems. 2. Building Codes and Regulations - The campus expansion must abide by all relevant building codes, and other laws and regulations. 3. IT Services - Modern IT infrastructure, such as fast internet connectivity, sophisticated networking capabilities, and strong security systems, must be present on the extended campus. 4. Fire Safety System - Advanced fire protection and life safety equipment, such as sprinklers, alarms, and emergency evacuation pathways, must be installed on the extended campus. 5. Construction facilities - To ensure the endurance and durability of the new facilities, the project should abide by top-notch construction standards and best practises. 6. Construction timeline - The project must be completed in the given time frame with minimum disruptions to the nearby community and residents. 7. Leed Rating & Energy efficiency - The new buildings should be planned to use as little energy by at least 20% less than previous campus and lessen the overall carbon footprint of the campus. 8. Cost Constraints - A cost-effective design and construction process should be used, and the expansion should be finished within the specified budget. 9. Sustainability - The extension project must adhere to LEED Gold certification requirements or above, using environmentally friendly building materials and construction techniques. 10. Customer Satisfaction - The project must be completed to the satisfaction and acceptable quality standards set by the customer.
