Write recommendations (within 300words) should be the probable solutions for the findings and analysis part.
Findings and Analysis
Budget: The Company needs a huge budget to train such a large number of employees. They might have to arrange the materials needed for training, need to hire experts to train our employees, and most importantly, arrange the meeting. A successful training program depends on the trainers and training environment. To complete the full training program for Burger-King, we have to arrange a large meeting that will need a higher cost.
Wrong marketing strategy: The Company has wrong marketing strategy that is causing a huge performance gap in the organization between expected performance and actual performance of the employees. They did not consider the culture of local area. As a result, they failed to plan the right marketing strategy. This wrong marketing strategy causes them to reduce the targeted sales. It prevented the company to achieve the desired goal.
Lack of proficient and skilled trainers: The training for the low level employees is easier since they need to be trained in specific and technical skill. But when it comes to the Top management, finding the right trainer is not a cup of tea. They need to be trained by senior and knowledgeable trainer who can handle them.
Learning and adapting barrier: Not every human being is the same and not everyone can perceive everything in the same way. That is why it is not possible for the trainer or the company to make the training program successful for every individual. Some employees will be highly enthusiastic for the training where some will not be interested for the training. At the same time, arranging different training for different individuals is not possible at all.
