Write survey/questionnaire in respect of the cleaning performance in a residential high rise building in order to improve the cleaning services. Survey/questionnaire should cover the entire cleaning aspects including but not limited to basement car parking spaces, ground lobby, building levels corridors, lifts, vacuuming of the carpeted common areas of the building, building facilities such as swimming pool, gym, library, dining rooms, theatre room, kitchen, garden area, stairs etc etc It also need to have an open question to raise any cleaning issue or concerns that needs to be improved?
