Research shows that labor-management relations practices significantly vary based on the nature of the sector the organizations are operating in. For example, in many countries, it has been found that the overall status of labor-management relations in private-sector enterprises is significantly better than that in public-sector organizations. In some other countries, such relations tend to get better in the service sectors compared to the manufacturing sectors. However, there are very limited studies that explore labor-management relations differences in the context of Bangladesh. Hence, this study aims to explore the differences between two different organizations operating in two different industries in the context of Bangladesh. Choose two organizations that you are familiar with and analyze their labor-management relations practices. Based on your findings, some implications or suggestions should be offered for the overall improvement of your research organizations.

You should cover the following areas in your report: Identify and analyze the organizations industrial relations perspective or approaches (e.g. Unitary, Pluralist, Marxist).
