The Scope of Work: Based on the requirements documentation, this document will detail the work that will go as part of your team, into managing the project. This document will be linked to the WBS Dictionary and the WBS, whichtogether will form the Scope Baseline.

The WBS Dictionary & the WBS: This document can be prepared in Word or Excel and should be based on the

Requirements Document and the Scope of Work.
