The vision framework is the glue that brings your "why" together with the "how" and helps plan for you to attain your vision. You vision should be something positive, ambitious, and inspirational. Your vision framework must be unique to you. The framework must include: 1) Your vision for your own future 2) Your current mission 3) At least three (3) critical success factors (CSF) for achieving your mission 4) At least one (1) key performance indicator (metric) for each critical success factor; and, 5) At least one core process for each key performance indicator 6) Alignment from vision to core processes must be demonstrated.
