Write your own function in Python to perform best subset selection. Inputs include training data matrices for X and Y and validating data matrices for X and Y. For k = 1, 2, ... , p, perform linear regression on all models that contain exactly k predictors. Among these models, pick the one with largest R^2. Among p best models, choose the one that has the best validating RSS on the validation set and output the best linear model.
