You will identify resources you plan on using to achieve your goal and barriers you may encounter with plans for how you will face those barriers. The short-term goals you set must be clear, specific, and measurable. You will try to work on your short-term goals for at least one week in order to complete a reflection to accompany this assignment in your portfolio.
