Situation: It is time to switch out the Fleet of 100 cars. There are many considerations regarding what type of cars the agency should seek. Should we purchase the cars? Should we lease the cars? Should we get all electric cars-gas-hybrid or a combination? As Operations Supervisor your job is to do the appropriate research gather all the facts then make a recommendation to the agency.
