Writing Sample: Upon entering your work site for the day (at 3pm), your supervisor informs you of three problems you will need to address. The three issues are as follows: -Client (Mary) is out of her 4pm medications. -Client (Charlie) is complaining of shortness of breath, tightness in his chest and pain in his shoulder area. Charlie states he thinks it is just the chili he had for lunch. -Client (Mike) is locked in his bedroom. Mike had a fight with his girlfriend at the day program earlier in the day. Mike is talking with staff, but only through the bedroom door. What would do to address these three issues and in what order would you tackle them
