Section 1- Describe the employment relations environment in your country and how it can be further improved. The current status of employment relations environment in which you will describe the role of thestate, employer, employees and the unions. Are unions recognised and why?

Section 2- How can the employment relations environment be further improved for example by recognising unions during collective bargaining and negotiations and not suppressing their rights, etc.
