While Trish was outside the supermarket, during her break, a lorry arrived containing a delivery for the supermarket. Trish decided to help with unloading the delivery from the lorry. Trish located a nearby forklift truck (FLT) to assist with unloading the delivery. Trish reversed the FLT into a public road and collided with a minibus carrying passengers. Trish was injured in the collision. Injuries were also caused to the passengers of the minibus.
