The container is outside of the warrantee period. However we understand their use has been for a shorter period of time. We can repair the container and the customer must go on the website to print a ticket and then take the ticket to their nearest dealer, who will collect the container.

We cannot provide a loan unit as the original is outside the warrantee period.

Remind the customer to get a receipt for the container on collection by the dealer. The customer must use the same email address and name that they used to raise this issue when they make a ticket for the repair.
