You are entertaining a very demanding customer. Three other anxious customers are waiting in line. They hold very large accounts, and are very important clients whose time cannot be wasted. They all came in person to present their problems. They keep looking at their watche s. They have all been passed on to you by your staff. You expect all of them to have special problems, that only you, in your position, can handle. 

The phone rings. Your boss on the other line in the other building wants you to see him right away to straighten out some inaccuracies in the report you submitted last week. You reckon that it would take at least an hour to explain the calculation and satisfy him. Meanwhile, one of your senior staff suddenly just discovered some errors in payroll deductions amounting to P2,000.00. He has abandoned his post to see you about this problem. It seems he cannot continue to work unless he gets a satisfactory explanation from you. 

Five other customers are waiting for him. What are you going to do?
