You are not allowed to use strings, built-in functions only write userdefine functions.

Write a simple c++ program that works like You are given a file containing characters pairs. Write a function that finds and stores pairs in an array (say sameCharacters[]), if both the characters (of a pair) are same. Make sure we dont know how many pairs are there in file. Use 1D arrays.

Note. Initially size of sameCharacters[] will be 1.We are required to use regrow here.
