You are one month into your level entry position at Accountancy, IT or Engineering organisation and the manager has called you into his office to review your progress and to set you a project for the next couple of months. The company has been recruiting graduates on an ad-hoc basis for several years; but with the company expanding rapidly and recruitment of staff at an all-time high, she recognises that having a more structured graduate program could be beneficial to the organisation. As a recent graduate she believes you can offer a unique perspective and would like you to carry out the following task

Carry out some research into existing graduate programs in your area of work

• Brainstorm some ideas for areas and activities to be included for the first year of a graduate program
• Create a 1-page outline plan with activities and timelines using Google Docs
• Share the published link onto your WPS document for your trainer to mark
