1. You are required to: analyse the data and identify all the challenges within your focus area. Select the critical challenges that may impact the sustainability of your functional area. 

2. Identify and discuss existing challenges (bottlenecks) and potential challenges (bottlenecks) either within your functional area or its supporting functions.
4. Unpack the impact of each of the identified challenges. If possible, equate it a basis of measurement, e.g. rand value, output, etc. Thereafter rank them in descending order. Most critical being top of the list and least critical being at the bottom.
6. Discuss the envisaged criteria or model that you will use in your selection processes, e.g. ranking 1 - 5, decision tree analysis, etc.
