You are required to identify a challenge, be it a problem or an opportunity, concerning the organisation or activities you are/were involved in. This challenge must be positively affected by the application of concepts and practices in operations management. The challenge can focus on the strategic, tactical, or operational level of operation; however, it must demonstrate an appropriate and rigorous use of the concepts and practices in explaining the proposed alternatives to specific organisational practices.

The report must explain the problem or opportunity; methods, assumptions, and procedures to be used in the analysis; results and discussion; conclusions, and finally recommendation(s). As part of the recommendations, an implementation plan is required.
