You are required to peer evaluate a drink that has been produced in the kitchen of your workplace. If working in a simulated environment, your assessor will provide you with a drink.

After discussing the drink with a peer (or a group of students if working in a simulated environment) you should make a note of:

• How do you evaluate the quality of the drink to determine what was wrong with its visual appearance
• How do you adjust the presentation of the dish?

You should submit a picture of the drink before any adjustments, a picture of the drink after any adjustments are made, and your notes for this task as part of your assessment.
