You are the project manager for the Global Treps Project, sponsored by Dr. K. Team members include Bobby, your IT guy; Kim, a new college grad now working for a nonprofit group in Vietnam; Ashok, a business student in India; and Alfreda, a student in the United States originally from Ethiopia. You plan to outsource some of the work (e.g., purchasing laptops, developing a website feature for accepting donations, and creating videos for the website). Recall that your schedule and cost goals are to complete the project in six months for under $120,000. 1- Review the WBS and Gantt chart you created for Part 3.
