You are the Quality Engineer employed by Integrated Devices and responsible for working with suppliers, such as Trexler Plastics, when they are producing components that are failing quality standards. This contingency plan should be in the form of a table and identify and address at least two scenarios that Trexler may experience in the future. You will be expected to prepare a Business Memorandum with the process capability analysis included as an attachment tothe memo. This memo should be directed to the attention of Trexler Plastics CEO, Ms. Dana Foster, and include recommendations on how the company could more consistently meet the specifications associated with their key plastic injection molding components.
