A. First, work in groups of 2-3 and discuss the following questions. Take notes of everyones answers.

Select a recent purchase that was significant to you.(car)

1) What was the purpose of your purchase?

2) What information did you gather before your purchase?

3) What criteria did you use to judge the alternatives?

4) How did you evaluate the alternatives?

5) Why did you select the product that you bought?

6) How did you feel and act after purchasing? Why?

B. Then, write up a comparison summary (at least 1 paragraph) of your groups answers.

C. Finally, write about your own responses to the same questions.Describe both your thoughts and actions as you went through each step of the decision-making process. Write at least 2-3 sentences answering each of the questions above.
