Because we are online, you can be creative in how you deliver the information. Video yourself giving a briefing to a room full of managers, create a video of your findings, or a podcast interview. Whatever media you choose, remember to record, and upload for marking. Of course, this is all pretend but all methods involve the activity of orally briefing important information to leaders to get their attention about a potential threat. Remember, an effective briefing: Contains an introduction, a body, and a conclusion linked together by clear transition statements Presents a clear analytic judgment Supports that judgment with convincing arguments
