You entered into a contract with a very broad Force Majeure clause that seems to include riots, strikes, and other acts that don't really seem attributable to a deity. You contact the other party when a shipment does not arrive on the specified day. The shipping party says that a strike is underway so they are excused from performance and there's nothing you can do about it. Is the shipper right?

	a.	No way. Force Majeure only excuses in the event of hurricanes or floods.
	b.	Yes. That clause excuses performance.
	c.	Probably not. There will likely be options to recover some money when you ask another shipper to provide the same goods and/or services.
	d.	Any of the above.
