Question: You have been assigned to construct the beam ABCD. The beam ABCD is supported on a a scroll at the bottom of ABCDE at F

You have been assigned to construct the beam ABCD. The beam ABCD is supported on a
a scroll at the bottom of ABCDE at F and a hinge at the bottom of
ABCDE at end E. The beam ABCD will be loaded in the vertical plane
symmetry by a uniformly distributed vertical downwardly distributed
load of 9.5 kN/m from point C to end D, in a
a concentrated vertical downward load of 6,8 kN at point B at
the top of ABCDE and a concentrated horizontal to the right load
7.8 kN applied at a point 2 cm above the centre
centre of gravity of the cross-section of beam ABCD at end A. This beam is to be to be constructed with a T-type cross-sectional shape as shown in detail at the bottom of Figure 1 where the dimensions are in centimetres. Make all the necessary cross-sections in ABCDE to examine the the safety of the structure along the entire length of the steel ABCDE beam and compare with the allowable stresses. Given that : a) the allowable stress of in tension is 120 MPa, b) its allowable stress in compression is 85 MPa and c) its allowable shear stress is 55 MPa. Do not consider principal stresses. Solve the exercise in detail with the necessary figures and corresponding methodology.
