You have been tasked by your manager to teach your workgroup about innovation and organizational change as part of a pilot business development initiative. If the pilot with your group is successful, the initiative will be rolled out to the entire organization.

 A flyer or infographic that could be distributed in your group chat or Monday stand-up meeting. It should include:

• an explanation of the connections between innovation and organizational success,
• best practices that support innovation,
• your specific plans to support innovation in your workgroup, and
• your specific plans to change the organizational culture in support of innovation.

As you prepare to teach your group and develop your deliverable, be sure to consider how the four functions of management relate to this task and contribute to team and organizational success.
