You have been tasked to create a Python solution to collect Covid Vaccine patient information for creating reservations (program 1). And generating a report on demand of the current list of requests so reservations can be assigned.

The first program will be used by phone support personnel that will collect the following information from callers requesting a vaccine. This data would include patient name, patient ID, age, and the day of the week they prefer to come in for the vaccination. This information is written to a file. If a file already exists, ask the person if they want to add to the existing file or create a new file.

The second program will attempt to read the file and if the file is not available (exception processing), display a message and terminate the program. If the file exists, generate a listing that shows the data about the employee and provide a place for a date to be assigned to each patient.
