Based on the video, your experiences and what you have read, explain the resource challenges you would have with your project and how might you go about solving them? The challenges we are currently facing with our project is turn-over as well as IT resources. Luckily, because we are a small medical college, who are also attached to a hospital, we are able to tap into the hospitals IT department for additional help and knowledge. We have two open positions right now we are looking to fill so being short staffed is causing some staff members to have to put in a few extra hours to meet some small deadlines but we are doing pulse checks to make sure that no one is feeling like their plate is too full and if someone else has the skill set required or can help out. After-all we are a team, this is a team effort, and if one person feels like their workload is too much we are all going to feel that. Stress and high emotions can impact a project negatively if not resolved timely.
