You have just completed a review to improve a process in a workflow. You obtained input from relevant colleagues who might be impacted by the change and your proposed process was signed off by your manager. On implementation of the new process, you receive feedback from two colleagues.

One colleague suggests an idea that they think will further support efficiencies. The other colleague mentions that you have missed a key component that could, under rare circumstances, cause potential issues with their client deliverables. You are surprised by this as they had a chance to raise ideas and concerns before the implementation was completed. No other members of their team have raised issues and seem to be pleased with the changes. You know that you should probably raise the concerns with your manager, however the likelihood of this issue occurring is very low and the implementation is already complete.
