2. The procurement manager is known for being generous in rating his employees' performance, as he knows that this would affect their bonus's compensation.

3. The above mentioned eight employees are from the same job grade, where the min point of salary scales = 600, mid point = 1000, max point = 1200.

4. The Bonus formula is = Mid point of salary scales*12 months*PA%*10%
