You should try to identify any issues, but you do not need to write up anything. You just need to post the performance evaluation and be prepared to share a potential error you identified. We will be discussing performance evaluations during one of our next WebEx meeting. Sharing evaluations as well as understanding how valid and reliable they are is an important part of learning effective performance management.
