You want to set up Data Validation to provide an in$-$cell drop down that contains a list of accounts. Assume you have a list of accounts in a Table named tbl$\_$accounts. You also have a named reference dd$\_$accounts that refers to tbl$\_$accounts. In the Data Validation dialog box, on the Settings tab, you would allow a List, and then use which value in the Source field:
