You will be using StatCrunch for Problems 31-34. Student researchers wanted to see whether a short delay between seeing a list of words and when people were asked to recall them would hinder memorization. The subjects were shown a list of words to memorize for 1 minute and were then given 1 minute to recall as many words as they could. Each subject did this once with no delay between memorizing and recall and another time with a 30-second wait between memorizing and recall.
